Cloud Transformation & Trader Voice as a Service

(30M) Project to research and evaluate the next generation of Trader Voice Systems to support a global trading organization. The project included the RFI and RFP that included on premise and hosted IP trading platforms with on-premise and cloud service offerings for voice recording capture, system management and maintenance. The second phase of the project planned and prepared for a global migration to a Private Cloud solution becoming one of the first in the market to deploy Trader Voice as a Service (TVaaS).  Mega Data Center decommission and data center exit(s) were also in scope.
